Your Printer Warranty stays intact
At Unique Brands Australia, we understand the importance of protecting your investment. That's why we want to assure you that using compatible cartridges will not void your printer warranty under current Australian consumer law.
Transparent Warranty Claims
We believe in providing clear and straightforward warranty terms. For defective products supplied by Unique Brands, you can enjoy a 1-year 100% money back or replacement guarantee. However, please note that Remanufactured Printhead Cartridges & Replacement Electronic Chips carry a 6-month warranty period. From time to time, certain products carry a shorter warranty period, but they will be clearly visible on the product page. For product recalls, credits can only be applied on recent product batches and only if the stock has been purchased within 12 months.
Exceptional Service for Defective Products
If you encounter any issues with a claimed product, our warranty applies only if the product is found to be defective under correct installation procedures, proper storage, and normal printing use. We are committed to resolving any defects promptly and efficiently within 14 days. Please note, Each cartridge is checked individually for faults. Unique Brands Australia will not warrant any exchange or refund for a clearly empty and all used product. Please note, if a product has been checked by our warehouse and is deemed not to be faulty, no refund or exchange will be credited and we will not pay for the shipping charges of the returned product.
Returns Policy
Unique Brands Australia is not required under current Australian Consumer Law, to refund or exchange any product purchased incorrectly, or if you simply change your mind. However, on a case by case basis, and at our discretion, we may offer exchanges or store credits within 30 days of the purchase. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Prior to sending back any product for a credit, please contact us on uniquebrandsaustralia@gmail.com or call us on 0416 988 894. Appropriate documentation must accompany your return including a Returns Authority Number. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Lost Parcels
Once parcels have left our warehouse for delivery, they are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number from us. Lost parcels will not be investigated past 30 days and will not be claimable. Unique Brands Australia will not be held responsible for shipping companies or the customer's loss or damage to goods, whether it be from the initial delivery of the goods or the return of the goods.
Received Incorrect or Missing Items
Please check your received order carefully and notify us at uniquebrandsaustralia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, if any of your order is wrong or incomplete.
